Thanks. I'm really surprised and impressed with the noise reduction/lack of noise, and since I was shooting with an IS lense, life is way easier.

In any case, I'm REALLY impressed with Live E this year. They really ramped up the sets and the lighting. Color me impressed. I had been talking up the Snoopy show to my parents, and they hadn't been there in almost 14 years, so they were excited as well, and they thought it, and Signed, Sealed, Delivered were absolutely amazing.

I can't wait to see them again.

I agree the Live E is very good. I like the Snoopy stage it looks great. I thought that show got better as it went on. I wish it went on longer.

Signed, Sealed, Delivered was very good too. Lots of Motown and Four Seasons which was always one of my favs. There was one minor thing that bugged me though. At the beginning the singers, especially the guys were dress in 50's style similar to the Fours Aces etc., however the songs were from the late 60's and early 70's. Just a little thing. The show is well worth seeing.

All Wheels Extreme was most entertaining too. There is alot going at one time. You really need to see it more than one to catch everything.

I saw the ice show Saturday. Not bad, though it's interesting that they moved away from the story-driven show to a purely musical thing. It wasn't bad. Still the only show I've seen thus far.

The small sensor SLR's still have too much noise for my taste. Granted, I didn't really appreciate the difference until I got the 5D.

Yeah, it would have been nice to have been able to go with the 5D, but for lugging it to and from Disney and CP and the like, the smaller/lighter body of the XSi just seemed to fit for me. It has the Digic III processor, which makes a HUGE difference in my photos, and I'm happy with it so far.

Some day I'll spring for a full frame, but I just don't know if, even taking promos part time, I'll get enough use out of it to justify.

edit: Forgot to comment about the all musical nature of the ice show. - I wasn't sure I liked it so much as in years past. It seemed "cuter" and more directed toward kids in the past, and this one seems to keep the adults happy with plenty of "wow" factor, but there's not as many characters or much of a story for the kids.

I liked last years show better. There were more peanuts characters.
