Dvo, you havent experienced Raptor until you ride it in the back. That final helix is very powerful. On inverts I find (except for the huge ones like the Busch Gardens duo those are best in the front) that the front seat feels like you are attached to a hang glider, while the back seat its feels like you are attached to a rocket.
As for Maverick, Ive ridden it everywhere, the front has nice visuals but is more apt to cause you to bang your head, while the back you are less likely. In my mind, Maverick joins MF as two coasters where it just doesn't matter.
