Gorgeous pictures, Walt!

Excellent location choice Walt. Did you know where they were going to be set off from? Or did you just choose to go near the Giant Wheel to have it in the picture?

CP always sets them off behind disaster transport.

The show was good and all but it seemed kind of short... a few people on the beach were complaining that they have done less and less the past few years. Is this true?

Great pictures! Any chance a few of them can be made into wallpaper?

Spectacular as always, Walt.

Do you have any plans on creating WS versions of the existing wallpaper you have?

As Paris Hilton would say: HOT

Yet another example of cost-cutting that results in lower guest satisfaction.

Well, all fireworks should be HOT!!

I wish I could have been there this year to see them. I was in cleveland last night, and it was a pretty long display. Next time I plan to sit on the beach, as last time I was watching from MF's station when it broke down all night!!!

So was the 4th really packed this year?

next trip - May 21 Ready to Go!

Life is a roller coaster and I'm not strapped in, maybe I should hold with care, but my hands are busy in the air!!!

Here's my take from another thread:

So were the fireworks truly a lot shorter than previous years? About how long was it?

I found the fireworks to be wholly unremarkable. The stuff in my hometown the night before was more impressive, and longer, and that's not saying much.

Compared to prior years, I think they cut back.

The show was the same one they've done for July 4th since at least 2005 and '06 Opening Day.
